Holiday Greens Pickup To Begin In Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Now that Christmas 2024 has come...and gone... residents can unload their trees, wreaths and other items during Glen Ellyn's Holiday Greens Collection.

The collection resumes Jan. 6 and continues for a three-week stretch in January. Items will be picked up with typical refuse collection on the following days.

To ensure that your items can be recycled, remove ornaments, garland, lights, tinsel and other decor and make sure that trees and wreaths are not in plastic bags when placed at the curb.
