The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
Kitchen table issues are the most pressing concern for the people of my district. The cost of living is out of control. People are struggling to put food on their table and gas in their cars due to the current failed Democrat policies.
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
My opponent and I could not be more different. The voters will have a real choice at the polls. My opponent is for big government, high taxes, open borders - and I am not. I support small government, free markets, lower taxes and a secure border.
If you are a challenger, in what way has the current officeholder failed the constituency?
Sean Casten is not representing the people of this district. He is voting against the people of this district and against all American citizens every chance he gets. He voted against HR 7909 and HR 7511, which protects women against violence from illegals. He voted against HR 6678, which protects seniors against fraud. He voted against HR 7343, which protects law enforcement. He voted against HR 734, which protects women and girls in sports.
Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform:
There is much work to be done when I get to Congress. I will use the power of my vote to protect family and faith-based values and promote peace. Additionally, when in Congress I will work towards energy Independence. As an energy professional, I believe energy is the foundation of everything. Being energy independent will help curb the cost of living and benefit the constituents of my district.
If you gain this position, what accomplishment would define your term in office as a success?
Success for me will be to get policies passed that will benefit the people of my district.
Why are you running for office?
When Biden took office in January 2021 and signed a myriad of executive orders shortly after taking his oath, this country took a sharp turn to the Left. I knew instinctively that we were on a path that was concerning to me. It was then I decided to stand up to protect the greatness of this country and run for office.
Explain your attitudes toward fiscal policy, government spending and how taxpayer dollars should be handled by your office?
Sean Casten and this Administration have been overspending without regard to its impact on the people of this district. Our deficit is over $35 Trillion and growing. I will work to curb deficit spending in Congress and start to lower the unprecedented inflation that this country has endured.
Americans and the people in the 6th district are finding it hard to buy homes and cars - basic necessities, as a result of the high interest rates and high inflation spawned by the failed Democrat policies that Sean Casten in pushing in Congress. I will work to change that.
What would you do to help constituents struggling with the ever-increasing cost of living?
As an energy professional, I believe that energy is the foundation of everything. When in Congress, I will work towards energy independence that will bring down the cost of living for the people of my district. It will bring down price at the pump and transportation costs - which will bring down food costs.
Regarding the migrant crisis: Should the Biden Administration stiffen requirements for asylum seekers, and should Texas provide more notice to Illinois when busing migrants to the Chicago area?
We need to close our borders and enforce a responsible immigration process. Period. Our national security is at stake, and the health and safety of the constituents of the district, and all American, is at risk.
Should state or federal funding be provided to help municipalities address the arrival of asylum seekers?
Too much funding is being spent on illegals today. In order to protect Americans, I will support a deportation policy that will send violent criminals back to their country of origin. Those that have come as asylum seekers will need to be processed and go through the same process as those that came through legally had to go through.
Is the federal government doing enough to secure the borders? Why or why not?
No. The current administration caused the crisis at the southern border. If they wanted to close it, they would have already done so. The borders need to be closed, and a responsible immigration process implemented.
Do you support your party's nominee in the presidential race?
