College Credits: Glenview Students Make Dean's List At Augustana

Augustana College's Fall Semester Dean's List Announced

Augustana College announced more than 1,200 students were named to the Dean's List for the 2024-2025 fall semester. Students who have earned this academic honor have maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a four-point scale for courses taken during the term.
Recognized students from Glenview include:

• Madeleine DaSilva, an Art, Psychology major
• Wyatt Nelson, an Augie Ages major

Michael Smalec Named To MSOE Honors List For Fall Semester 2024

Michael Smalec, from Glenview, was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Honors List for the 2024 Fall Semester. Smalec is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Mikhail Filippov, from Glenview, was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Dean's List with High Honors for the 2024 Fall Semester. Filippov is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Madelyn O'Mera Named To James Madison University President's List

Glenview resident Madelyn O'Mera has been named to the president's list at James Madison University for the fall 2024 semester. Students who earn president's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.900 or above. O'Mera is majoring in Health Sciences - BS.

Students Named To Dean's List at University Of Maryland Global Campus

More than 16,000 University of Maryland Global Campus students were named to the Dean's List for the fall 2024 term. To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at UMGC. The following Glenview students were named to the Dean's List:

A total of 14,631 students enrolled during Fall Semester 2024 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean's list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the president's list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). Local Glenview students include:

Ellie Pavletich Achieves Fall 2024 Dean's List At Carthage College

Carthage College recognizes Ellie Pavletich, from Glenview, for their academic achievement and being named to the Fall 2024 Dean's List. Dean's List honors are accorded to Carthage students who achieve a minimum 3.5 grade-point average while carrying at least 12 letter-graded credits in a given semester.

Arthur Schleizer Named To University of Rhode Island Fall 2024 Dean's List

The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce that Arthur Schleizer, of Glenview, has been named to its Fall 2024 Dean's List. To be included on the Dean's List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades which are GPA applicable during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 or more credits for letter grades which are GPA applicable earning at least a 3.30 quality point average.
