Glenview Grind Holds Grand Re-Opening, Starts Serving Alcohol

Fans of the Glenview Grind coffee shop now have another reason to stop by: you can sip a beer instead of a latte if that strikes your fancy.

The coffee shop held a grand re-opening Thursday and now serves beer and wine.

The store opened last September, moving into the space that was left empty at the corner of Waukegan and Glenview roads when Caribou Coffee shuttered about five months earlier. Many of the former Caribou staff were hired back at the new café.
