Glenview's Ayana Medspa Holds Grand Opening Thursday

Ayana Medspa, which features a full range of aesthetic medical treatments as well as facials, massage therapy, steam and sauna, will hold its grand opening celebration Thursday, Oct. 23, at its spa, 2300 Chestnut, #100, in the heart of Glenview. Its services focus on “Rejuvenation + Relaxation,” said owner, Priya Patel.

“Our specialties are injectable, laser treatments, and facials ,” said Patel. “Knowing that in today’s market there are lots of choices when it comes to skin therapy, we help you choose the safest and most effective way to create a customized plan to have you look your best.”

The Grand Opening will run from noon to 8 p.m., with a ribbon cutting event at 3 p.m. and a cocktail reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The first 50 guests will receive free $50 gift certificates for spa services.

Throughout the day, there will be free refreshments and skincare demonstrations and consultations, including chemical peel treatments during the reception. Guests can enter free raffles to win an array of products and prizes, and those wishing to purchase retail products will receive 25 percent off.

“We’ll also have promotional pricing and discounts on services,” said Patel, including 30 percent off laser hair removal, skin resurfacing and tightening, chemical peels and microneedling..

Ayana will be launching the Artefill product line with demonstrations and a lecture. It also carries products by Environ, Skinceuticals and PCA Skin.

An injecting showcase will include demonstrations of Botox and dermal filler.

Ayana, which means “beautiful flower,” opened for appointments with its staff of medical aesthetic experts in August. Offering a discrete environment for consultations and procedures, it will be open Tuesday through Saturday. Its tranquil setting and spa facilities offer an alternative experience where guests can both relax and rejuvenate.
