Soda Pop and Candy Store Opens in The Glen

The Glen Town Center is thrilled to announce that the Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop, home of the country’s largest selection of soda and candy under one roof, will be joining their roster of prime retail and restaurant tenants on Friday, August 8th.

Offering an always-expanding inventory of thousands of bottled soda pops and candies, the Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop, located between Game Stop and Color Me Mine at the Glen Town Center, will be a one-stop shop for your entire family’s soda pop and candy cravings. Rocket Fizz’s fun and nostalgic atmosphere featuring hundreds of retro and gag gifts, tin signs, concert and movie posters will launch you back in time at full-speed to fun!

“Growing up, I remember riding my bike to the 5 & Dime, with the quarters I’d saved burning a hole in my pocket. I can still see myself standing in the candy aisle, mesmerized by everything I saw, wanting to have it all. With my pockets full of candy and my belly aching with anticipation, I would race home to lie in the grass and enjoy every single piece of my sugar ‘gold,’” said the shop’s owner, Robert Brescia. “That’s what Rocket Fizz is to me. It’s about memories, old and new, it’s about sharing your story and hearing new ones. There’s going to be something in this store, whether it’s the candy, the pop, the retro posters, the tins signs or even a gag gift that is going to spark a memory or help create a new memory for each and every customer that walks in.
