And the Chowdown Showdown Champion is..........

The results are in for this week’s Chowdown Showdown Champion for which restaurant has the best wings in northern Lake County, as voted on by Patch readers in Grayslake, Lake Forest-Lake Bluff and Libertyville. 

And the winner is — drumroll please — Morgan's Bar and Grill in Libertyville.

The voting between the top contestants was very close, with the top two separated by only six votes. Morgan's had 57 votes, followed by Gators Wing Shack in Waukegan with 51 votes. Franks for the Memories in Mundelein rounded out the top three with 48 votes.
