The workshop will be held from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 at the UPC. The session will be facilitated by Rev. David Russell.

He said the worskhop is designed to support people who care for someone such as a parent, a child, someone disabled or someone ill. The care-givers often find themselves burning out in spite of their most loving intentions to care for their loved one. This workshop will address the feelings of frustration, loss and resentment that can accompany a desire to give care to someone.
