The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BATTERY

Janelle Hadley, 46, of 509 Fulton, Waukegan, was charged with aggravated battery, motor vehicle theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and resisting a peace officer. She was stopped on March 1 at 92 W. Route 120. She was transported to Lake County Bond Court.

Dennis R. Coulman, 32, of 440 S. Slusser Street, Grayslake, was charged with domestic battery. He was stopped on March 12 at 440 S. Slusser Street. He was transported to Lake County Bond Court.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

Benjamin M. Park, 18, of 9241 Fairway Drive, Des Plaines, was charged with having no valid drivers license and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was stopped on March 7 near Oriole Court and Ziegler Drive. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of March 31.

DUI

Charles B. Baldwin, 26, of 434 S. Slussser Street, Grayslake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol over .08, no turn signal and no rear registration light. He was stopped on March 9 near S. Slusser Street and Wicks Street. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court date of April 5.

Brian C. Holimon, 52, of 48 N. Lake Avenue, Grayslake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was stopped on March 11 at 1858 E. Route 120.  He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court date of April 5.

Charles J. Cantor, 54, of 36409 N. Douglas, Grayslake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was stopped on March 11 at 140 West Trail Dr. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court date of April 5.

DRIVERS LICENSE VIOLATION

Uriel Maldini, 37, of 955 Lorraine Avenue, Waukegan, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, having no valid drivers license and having no insurance. She was stopped on March 11 near E. Washington Street and N. Lake Street. She was released on $2,000 bond pending a court date of April 27.

Juan A. Gonzalez, 29, of 6704 Derby Drive, Gurnee, was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was stopped on March 12 near E. Washington Street and N. Atkinson Road. He was released on $1,500 pending a court date of April 20.
