FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE
Seay Michael Hubbard, 31, of 383 Moore Court, Grayslake, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Garfield County, Colo. He was stopped Aug. 23. He was transported to the Lake County Jail for extradition to Colorado.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Daisy Arias, 26, of 444 Holiday Lane, Hainesville, was charged with criminal damage to property and resisting a peace officer. She was stopped on Aug. 23 at 444 Holiday Lane, Hainesville. She was released on $120 Ibond pending a Sept. 21 court date.

SPEEDING
Edward R. Arrington, 32, of 642 Lorraine Ave., Waukegan, was charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license. He was stopped Aug. 23 near Route 120 and Sears Boulevard. He was released on $1,500 Ibond pending a Sept. 21 court date.
