Grayslake Police Department

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DUI

Dante R. Smith, 25, of 33640 N. Evergreen Drive, Grayslake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and having no drivers license on his person. He was stopped on Oct. 5 near Drury Lane and Lake Street. He was released on $3,000 bond pending a court date.

Noel Velasquez, 28, of 1507 Grove Drive, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol over .08 and having no insurance. He was stopped on Oct. 2 near Drury Lane and Lake Street. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court date of Nov. 1.

Battery

Kyle R. Smith, 54, of 375 S. Lake Street, Grayslake, was charged with battery. He was stopped on Oct. 3 at 143 Center Street. He was released on $1,200 bond pending a court date of Nov. 1.

License Violations

Juana Gasca, 41, of 35454 Fairfield Road, Round Lake, was charged with driving on a suspended license and having no insurance. She was stopped on Oct. 3 near Route 120 and Neville Drive. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Analberto Fuentes-Guevara, 33, of 107 Marlene Court, Wauconda, was charged with having no valid drivers license. He was stopped on Oct. 8 near Lake Street and Route 120. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of Nov. 16.

Fabian Baculima, 41, of  2727 N. Artesian, Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license. He was stopped on Oct. 9 near Route 120 and Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of Nov. 16.
