Lake County Forest Preserve Launches Smart Phone App

Stay connected to what’s going on in your local forest preserve with a new mobile phone application.  

Through the new Lake County Forest Preserve District app, residents will be able to find out about upcoming events, trail closings, special alerts, view recent photos from around the preserves, find map and nearby preserves, view trail maps and more.

The app is free for smart phone users. Just search for “Lake County Forest Preserves” in Android Marketplace or Apple App Store.
