The Grayslake North Knights Lacrosse team improved to 12-3 on the season with a win over Warren 10-4.

"A first year player, Stanfel continues to improve and adds a vital piece to North with his ability to come up with key possessions throughout," Fish stated in an email. "Brendan Walker’s play is getting people’s attention as he helps to fill the scoring void from the Midfield position."

Ben Smith, a junior and three-year starter, was knocked out during Tuesday’s 17-9 win over Highland Park. "He will be missed as his return is uncertain," Fish said. "Eric York continues to set the pace on goal for the Knights."

Seniors Josh Kortenkamp and Bryce Hermsen continue to be leaders on the defensive side of the ball as well, Fish said.Β
