Arrested & Jailed By The Joliet Police: Police Blotter!

JOLIET, IL — These people were arrested by the Joliet police. After they were arrested, they were booked into the Will County jail on Sunday.

• John Echols, 28, of Chicago was arrested on charges of endangering a child, driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.

• Leon Franklin, 45, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

• Justin Graczyk, 27, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

• Justin Plump, 22, of Joliet was arrested on a traffic warrant.

• Robert Rogers, 47, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
