Arrested & Jailed By The Joliet Police: Police Blotter!

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet police arrested all of these people. After they were arrested, they were booked into the Will County jail.

• Brittany Guyton, 24, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

• Jasper Johnson, 31, of Chicago was arrested on a charge of involuntary manslaughter.

• Eli Mills, 20, of Plainfield was arrested on charges of residential burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Billy Parker, 20, of Chicago was arrested on charges of residential burglary and criminal damage to property.

• Paul Richard Parker, 44, was arrested on a charge of retail theft.
