
JOLIET, IL — The baby and two women killed in an early Saturday morning fire have been identified.
The baby girl, 11-month-old Royaltyblue Rogers, her mother, Regina Rogers, 28, and a second woman, 29-year-old Jacquetta Rogers, were all found dead on the second floor of a North Center Street house about 2 a.m.
A man escaped the blaze by jumping out a second-story window, said said Deputy Fire Chief Greg Blaskey.

Autopsies were performed on Royaltyblue, Regina and Jacquetta Rogers on Sunday but what caused their deaths remains undetermined, according to the Will County Coroner’s Office. The determination will be made upon the completion of toxicological testing and the criminal investigation.
The Joliet Fire Department is investigating the deadly blaze with the assistance of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Firefighters entered the burning house at 16 N. Center and found the bodies of Royaltyblue, Regina and Jacquetta Rogers. The building was already fully engulfed in flames when the first fire crews arrived.
The baby and the two women were pronounced dead at the scene.
