Bel-Air Motel Guest Accused Of Violence Against Woman: JPD
Joliet resident John Kinzler, 47, was on the scene and was placed into custody without incident, Joliet police said.

JOLIET — John Kinzler, a 47-year-old Joliet resident who resides at the Bel-Air Motel on Plainfield Road, is now lodged inside Will County's Jail following his early morning weekend arrest on domestic battery charges by the Joliet police force.
On April 12, at 1:43 a.m., Joliet's officers responded to a guest room of the Bel Air Motel, 1103 Plainfield Road, for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Police allege that during a disturbance in the guest room, Kinzler pulled his girlfriend’s hair and punched her in the head. Kinzler was on scene and was placed into custody without incident. The victim refused medical assistance, Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English said.

As of Tuesday, Kinzler remained inside the Will County Jail.
