A month has passed since someone killed Robert Haag on a Lockport road and drove away. “When I think about the man who hit him living his life freely, going to sleep in his own bed every night and waking up to the comfort of being alive, I feel sick and sad and mad,” says Mia van Eijmeren, cousin of Robert Haag, father to a 7-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. “I don’t know how anyone in their right mind could live with this on their conscience.”
