JOLIET — The City of Joliet announced that it is excited to announce the release of a request for proposals for the lease of the historic Union Station first-floor restaurant space, located in the heart of downtown at 50 E. Jefferson Street, Unit 103.
The City is seeking proposals from an experienced restauranteur or hospitality professional to establish a family-friendly business at this prime downtown location.

This turn-key opportunity is strategically situated near major highways and notable landmarks such as the Slammers Stadium, Rialto Square Theatre, Jacob Henry Mansion, and the Will County Courthouse, making it an ideal destination for investors seeking to capitalize on an evolving market.

From 2017 through September 2023, the property served as the MyGrain Brewing Company, and the property has remained empty the past two years.
