Officers responded to a residence in the 1100 block of North Hickory Street for a domestic disturbance. While the officers were on the scene trying to deescalate the situation, it is alleged that Escobedo began to argue and pull the hair of her 15-year-old stepsister, English noted.
Officers intervened and Escobedo was placed into custody. While Escobedo was being placed into a squad car, Leon-Castillo emerged from the home and began to threaten to kill his adult male roommate before striking his roommate in the face, English advised.
