Joliet Man Faces Charges For Manufacturing, Distributing Cocaine: Cops
Luis Rosado, 44, turned himself into police after a warrant was issued for his arrest following an extensive narcotics investigation.

JOLIET, IL — A 44-year-old Joliet man faces drug charges after police said that an investigation showed that he was manufacturing and distributing cocaine, police said this week.
Luis Rosado was arrested on Monday after police obtained a warrant for his arrest earlier this month after an extensive investigation by the Joliet Police Department’s Narcotics Unit. The investigation led police to Rosado, who has been charged with the manufacturing and distribution of cocaine, police said.
Rosado was released on a $5,000 cash bond after police said he turned himself in after the warrant was issued.
