Joliet Public Schools Administrator Leads International Conference

Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction Ankhe Bradley served as the Host Committee Chair of the Learning Forward Conference.

Joliet Public Schools District 86 Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction Ankhe Bradley recently served as the Host Committee Chair of the Learning Forward Conference. Over 2,300 national and international educators attended the 51st virtual conference December 6-8, 2020. This year’s conference, originally scheduled to take place at McCormick Place in Chicago, was held virtually due to the coronavirus.

The Learning Forward team and the conference committee worked countless hours to provide a wide range of engaging learning experiences for the conference attendees. Educators were able to attend more than 100 sessions during the four-day conference.

“We are so proud of Mrs. Bradley’s leadership for planning this first ever virtual Learning Forward Conference,” said Joliet Public Schools District 86 Superintendent Dr. Theresa Rouse. “It was a great to have her represent District 86 so well.”

“It was an awesome experience,” said Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction Ankhe Bradley. “I hope it was a great learning experience for all.”

Mrs. Bradley has served as an assistant superintendent in District 86 since 2015.
