Man Illegally Videotaped Joliet Woman: Complaint
Crest Hill resident Jose Rendon, 23, faces a bench warrant issued for his arrest from the Joliet Police Department.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department is now out looking for 23-year-old Crest Hill citizen Jose Rendon after a Will County judge issued a warrant this week for Rendon's arrest on four counts of unauthorized video recording and live transmission.
Judge Amy Christiansen signed off on Monday's arrest warrant sought by Joliet police detective Cagle. Rendon lives in the apartment buildings in the 1700 block of Crest Hill's Arbor Lane.
According to the criminal complaint, Rendon is accused of knowingly making a video recording of the Joliet woman, including intimate parts of her body "for the purpose of viewing the body." Joliet Patch is not naming the woman since she is considered the victim of a crime.
