Masturbating Trespasser Caught With Crack Pipes: Cops

JOLIET, IL — A masturbating trespasser was caught with two crack pipes when he was arrested, police said.

A resident of a home on North Hickory Street spotted 27-year-old Omarr Fahim masturbating on his back porch about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, police said.

The 32-year-old man living at the house had already “told (Fahim) many times not to be on the property,” according to police.

When officers arrived, Fahim, who is homeless, still “had his genitals out of his pants,” police said.

The resident of the house told officers Fahim was watching the children who live next door while he masturbated, police said. The resident reportedly provided home surveillance video showing Fahim masturbating, but the children could not be seen in the footage.

Fahim was holding a pair of crack pipes when he was arrested, according to police.

Fahim was taken to the Will County jail.
