People Arrested By The Joliet Police: Police Blotter!

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet police arrested these people. After they were arrested, these men and women were booked into the Will County jail on Monday.

• Emmitt Parrish, 31, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

• Alisha Ruddy, 26 and homeless, was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection.

• Antone Sheward, 25, of Joliet was arrested on charges of resisting police and criminal damage to government property, and on warrants charging him with aggravated assault, resisting police, unlawfully walking on a highway and domestic battery.

• Mitchell Wilbanks, 25, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
