People the Joliet Police Arrested & Put in Jail: Police Blotter!

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet police arrested these people. After they were arrested, they were booked into the Will County jail on Friday.

• Cedrick Allen, 32, of Joliet was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing justice.

• Joyce Caesar, 29, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of violating an order of protection.

• Cesar Zavala, 27, of Joliet was arrested on charges of home invasion and residential burgarly, and on a parole violation.
