Woman Reported Missing From Joliet Located, Safe: Police

Maggie Schultz, 73, was located shortly after she was reported missing, according to police. Police said she suffers from dementia.

JOLIET, IL — A 73-year-old Joliet woman suffering from dementia who went missing on Wednesday has been located and is safe, Joliet Police said on Wednesday afternoon.

Maggie Schultz was last seen at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of Ronald Drive in Joliet but was located just after 1:30 p.m., police said.

Police had issued an alert for Schultz because of her condition and were asking for public assistance in locating her.
