Sharks Fish & Chicken: Online Auction For Joliet Restaurant Nears
Perfectly situated 1,122-SF quick-service restaurant with supreme visibility at a signalized intersection, the LoopNet listing reads.

JOLIET — If you've ever entertained the idea of becoming Joliet's next fast-food restaurant mogul, there is a golden opportunity that awaits you. The Joliet Sharks Fish and Chicken restaurant property at the corner of the busy intersection of Collins and Jackson Street is coming up for an online auction in April. The starting bid will be $100,000, according to the property listing on the commercial real estate website LoopNet. The online auction will take place April 21-23.
According to the real estate listing for 345 Collins Street on LoopNet: "Built in 1985, 345 Collins Street is a highly visible fast-food retail building with unmissable building and pylon signage in a heavily trafficked corridor. Front and center to over 12,800 vehicles per day along Collins Street and about 12,300 travelers daily on Jackson Street, this property benefits from its frontage and exposure complemented by two points of ingress and egress and on-site surface parking. The single-story building is positioned over a 0.19-acre lot just outside of Downtown Joliet via a four-minute drive."
