Stranger Tried Grabbing Teen Girls: Cops
He tried to get his arm around one girl's shoulder and around the waist of the other, police said.

JOLIET, IL — A Joliet man alarmed and disturbed two teenage girls he followed and tried to grab, police said.
The girls, ages 16 and 17, were leaving the Caton Farm Road convenience store Pantry Lane Monday evening when 28-year-old David Terry started tailing them, police said.
Terry shouted at the girls to come over to him, police said, and tried to put his arm around the shoulder of the 16-year-old and the waist of the 17-year-old. The two teens reportedly did not know Terry at all.

When the 17-year-old got home, she told her father about her run-in with Terry and he called the cops, police said. Officers tracked Terry down about 7:45 p.m. and arrested him.
Terry was freed on his own recognizance.
