Tio's Donuts Joliet Grand Opening Event: 'You Are Invited'

Tio's Donuts will open its first location in The City of Champions on Thursday, April 24.

JOLIET — Joliet's Latino Economic Development Association announced on Wednesday that eight days from now, on Thursday, April 24, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of the first Tio's Donuts restaurant in the City of Champions.

Joliet's Tio's Donuts storefront will be located at 125 Collins Street. It's in close proximity to the Joliet Central High School campus, and the donut shop will be in the small strip mall.

According to the association, everyone is urged to come to the ribbon cutting at 10 a.m. to meet the owners, enjoy fresh donuts and coffee "and welcome this new local business to the community." The ribbon cutting will be at 10:15 a.m.
