Angry Woman Commits These 5 Crimes At Motel 6 On McDonough Street: Joliet Police
While she was handcuffed, 33-year-old Zulema Masters allegedly kicked an officer and spit on another officer, Joliet police said.

JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police force was responsible for the arrest of 33-year-old woman Zulema Masters following a disturbance call at the Motel 6 at 1850 McDonough St. Masters was given a notice to appear in Will County on three charges of aggravated battery to a police officer plus criminal trespass and obstructing a peace officer.
According to Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English, at 8:23 p.m. May 9, officers responded to Motel 6 for a report of a disturbance. At the motel, the officers found Masters near the front doors and learned she had been a guest at the motel the night before and claimed to have left property in a room, English said.
Motel 6 staff told police that all her items had been given to her. While speaking to the officers, Masters was upset and refused to leave, indicating she would cause further disturbances at the motel, English said.

Then, according to police, Masters scratched an officer when they tried to place her into custody, and resisted arrest by pulling away as she was secured in handcuffs by the officers.
While she was handcuffed, Masters allegedly kicked an officer and spit on another officer, English said.
