What Should Replace Caribou Coffee in La Grange?
Patch wants to know: What do you think should go into Caribou Coffee's storefront now that it's leaving La Grange?
Earlier this week, we told you that Caribou Coffee is shuttering its La Grange shop on Sunday, along with 160 other stores.
Readers vocally shared their sadness over Caribou’s departure, as well as concern for what will fill the space it’s vacating at 34 N. La Grange Rd.
“Would be great if Starbucks could move to this,” wrote Marilyn Weisbrodt on La Grange Patch Facebook. “We need to have convenient parking somewhere in LaGrange.”

Jennifer Foskett DiSessa also supported another coffee shop. “Let's get a coffee option in downtown LG where parking isn't a nightmare, please,” she wrote, also on La Grange Patch Facebook. “Plus, there's now no immediate option for commuters serving the north of the tracks crowd.”
Allison Norbut Vaccarella offered a simple but effective, “Noooo!!”
