Stolen garbage cans

Garbage cans were taken from behind a house in the 300 block of South Kensington Avenue, La Grange police said. A can was also stolen from inside the home’s garage, police said.

Graffiti at train station

Graffiti was found on an electrical box at Stone Avenue Station, 625 W. Burlington, police said.

Car egged

A car was egged overnight in the 800 block of South Waiola Avenue, police said. The egging didn’t cause any permanent damage.

Graffiti in parking garage

Graffiti was found in the second floor lobby of the downtown parking garage, 80 S. 6th Ave., police said.

Egg, rock thrown at window

Someone threw a rock and a hard-boiled egg at a window in the 200 Block of East Harris, police said.

Car egged

A car was egged around 9 p.m. in the 800 block of Bell Avenue, police said.

Mailboxes vandalized

One mailbox was vandalized and another pulled out of the ground in the 800 block of Country Club Drive, police said. The first mailbox will cost about $100 to fix. The owner was able to stick the second back in the ground without an issue.
