Men Super Size Charges, Attack Cops After McDonald's Incident
Two Forest Park men were charged with battery after attacking police who responded to a late-night call from McDonald's on April 13.
Police said they were called about two men, one of whom had a knife, who were involved in an incident on foot in the McDonald's drive-thru lane at 3 a.m.

Officers located the men matching the description provided and said they were both "extremely intoxicated." They were identified as Frank P. Jourige, 62, and Brien M. Jourige, both of Forest Park.
As one officer patted down Brien, police said Frank lunged at the officer. Then, as police were cuffing Frank, they said Brian began yelling obscenities at the officer and kicked an officer in his groin.

Police were then contacted by Oak Park Hospital, which said two stabbing victims were in the hospital. One victim said he was hit in the head by someone in the McDonald's drive-thru but did not see who it was.
Both men were charged with two counts of battery, and police continue to investigate the stabbing incident.
LA GRANGE
Man screams dirty words
A man in jeans and a white shirt was screaming obscenities around 4:26 p.m. at the intersection of La Grange Road and Ogden Avenue, police said. Officers spoke with him and sent him on his way.
Fight at Brixie’s
La Grange police helped Brookfield police respond to a fight at Brixie’s around 3:09 a.m., reportedly involving six to seven “outlaw bikers inside and outside,” police said. Assistance was given without incident.
