Police Arrest Alleged Car Burglar

Western Springs, IL - Marco A. Bastidas, 26 of the 200 block of Rochester Road in Poplar Grove, was arrested April 18 after an investigation led police to believe he was involved in a Feb. 17 car burglary.

The burglary took place at 5:25 a.m. in the 5400 block of Central Avenue, according to Western Springs police.

Bastidas is accused of stealing and using a credit card that was inside the unlocked car, police reported. He is charged with felony burglary.
