Students to Play the Game of Life With a Stop at the 'Reality Store'

It's like the game of life, but with more emphasis on keeping it real.

Want to play the game of life? First you'll have to stop by the "Reality Store," where you'll learn how to manage much more than just spinning a wheel.

Students will have the opportunity to try a test run of their future on Thursday, June 21 at Corral, 4940 S. Willow Springs Rd. At the event, which is sponsored by the high school and the , students will stop by the Reality Store before heading down the road of life.

Students will get a simulated life experience with a vocation and a salary. They will then need to navigate their life by make decisions about buying insurance, house and transportation.

Through the experience, students will learn how career and life choices can affect their future.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to noon and all are welcome.
