St. Francis Xavier School's biennial fundraiser, , held on Saturday, April 28 was a great success, organizers said today by email.
Over 600 people came out to attend the auction and fundraiser, bidding on over $150,000 in items through the festival's silent and live auctions. Guests also enjoyed line dancing, craft beer tasting and mechanical bull riding late into the night (it ended at midnight).
The school's largest fundraiser occurs every two years and funds go to improving buildings and classrooms, including technology upgrades.
