Bring Your Business Card to the Pancake Cafe for a Chance to Win $25

If you're like me, there's nothing better than enjoying a delicious breakfast while you're reading the morning news.

Lemont Patch sends out newsletters every morning that include the day's top local news stories, opinion pieces, blogs, announcements and events. It's a great way to stay on top of everything going on in your community.

On Monday, Patch kicked off a new initiative that both promotes both our newsletter and supports local businesses. 

Each month, we'll have a green drop box stationed at a designated Lemont restaurant or shop. All patrons who leave their business card in the box will automatically be signed up for our newsletter and entered to win a $25 gift certificate for that business.

I'm happy to announce that our first partnership is with , 1264 State St. The box will be on the front counter through March 31.

Again, all you have to do is drop off your business card. And if you have a friend who would enjoy Patch (and possibly a free breakfast), feel free to leave us their card, too.
