Lemont's Centennial Outdoor Aquatic Center Opens May 31
Almost time for summer! Area pools and splash pads are opening for the season.
LEMONT, IL — Schools are starting to end for the year, and summer is almost here. If you're looking for a place to cool off and swim this summer, Lemont Park District will open its Centennial Outdoor Aquatic Center on May 31 for the season.
The 2025 pool season will run from May 31 to Aug. 10, according to the park district.
The pool will open on May 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. for pool pass holders only; with May 31 as the first official open day.

According to the park district, the aquatic center has a diving board, water slide, leisure pool with zero-depth entry, interactive play pieces and a 6-lane, 25-meter pool.
Daily pool hours will be 1 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Families with kids 11 and under can enjoy the zero-depth pool from 9 to 11 a.m. daily. And pool pass holder only swim times are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday; and 12:30 to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

It is $8 for residents and $18 for nonresidents for daily pricing. Kids under 2 are free, according to the park district. You can also purchase a pool pass, which is $249 for a resident family pass and $373 for a nonresident family pass.
