2. "There's an App for That" iPad Class
The Lemont Public Library, 50 E. Wend St., is hosting an iPad app class at 2 p.m. Monday. Library Director Sandra Pointon and IT Manager Fernando Alfonso will introduce you to some of the iPad apps they can't live without. Discover apps you can use for travel, restaurants, photo management, business and more. iPad owners are encouraged to bring them to the class.

3. Diabetes Reversal Presentation
, 1243 State St., is hosting a "Diabetes Reversal" presentation at 6:15 p.m. Monday. The seminar will focus on ways to combat diabetes using the "Give Essentials of Maximized Living. Guests will learn how to balance their blood sugar, speed up healing, increase energy by 30 percent, decrease prescriptions, decrease risk of diabetes and overcome genetic tendencies.
