Teen Arrested for Domestic Assault, Underage Drinking: Blotter

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 30

Vehicle Burglary Arrest

Anthony G. Kuba, 23, 1032 Forest Lane, Lemont, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. for burglary to a motor vehicle following an incident in the 1000 Block of Kim Place. He appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Domestic Assault, Underage Drinking

Collin D. Rafferty, 18, 109 Timberline Drive, Lemont, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. for domestic assault and underage consumption of alcohol by a minor following an 
incident in the 100 Block of Timberline Drive. He appeared at the Brídgeview Court House.

No Valid Driver's License

Aida Gutierrez, 32, 2409 Spring St., Woodridge, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. for no valid driver's license and following too closely following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Timberline Drive. She was issued a Dec. 2 court date at the Bridgevíew Court House.

Suspended License, Registration

Lourdes C. Ortega, 41, 14848 Fairfield, Harvey, was arrested at 9:59 a.m. for driving while license is suspended and operating a vehicle while registration is suspended following a traffic stop in the 9700 Block of Lemont Road. She will appear in the DuPage County Court House.

MONDAY, OCT. 28

DUI

John K. Stiegler, 41, 25133 Constitution Court, Plainfield, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, improper lane usage and improper passing at an intersection following an incident at Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road. He was issued a Dec. 2 court date at the Bridgevíew Court House.

SUNDAY, OCT. 27

Two Net Aggravated Battery, Criminal Trespass To Vehicle Charges

James W. Scott III, 26, 97 Galway Road, Lemont, and Kyle Adams, 30, 8132 Concord Lane, Justice, were arrested at 5:14 a.m. for aggravated battery and criminal trespass to vehicle following an incident in the 100 Block of Stephen Street. They appeared at the Brìdgeview Court House for a bond hearing.
