Victims Recorded Using Bathroom, Lemont Man Arrested: Police
Police said they received a report of multiple victims in the same household, who were recorded with a camera found on the windowpane.

LEMONT, IL — A 51-year-old Lemont man has been charged with two counts of unauthorized video recording, after a camera was found on a windowpane of the victim's bathroom window, according to a release from Lemont Police.
Police said they received a report in July of multiple victims in the same household, who were video recorded while using the bathroom of their home. A camera was found on the outer windowpane of the bathroom window.
After an investigation by Lemont Police detectives, police said a search warrant was executed on Tuesday. Joseph Barwick, of Pasture Drive, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of unauthorized video recording.

Barwick was released and given a hearing date for pretrial release conditions as required by the Safety Act.
