Kurowski succeeds the Rev. Abbot Hugh Anderson, O.S.B., who was recently elected president of the American-Cassinese Congregation.
“Benedictine University welcomes Mark Kurowski,” said Marco Masini,
associate vice president for student life at Benedictine University.
“He will continue the joy and enthusiasm of ministering to our
community. His reach will extend from attending various sporting
events to online communications.”
According to the Benedictine statement, Kurowski is a gifted speaker, inspiring preacher and insightful spiritual director who presents the answers to life's questions in an easy-to-understand way. His inspirational talks and presentations contain his sincerity of faith, genuine spirit, enthusiasm and comical frankness that have changed hearts, minds and the lives of many.
