Blacksmith Demos, Pony Rides, More Planned For Depot Days In Lisle

The two-day 38th annual Depot Days will also feature antique tractors and bicycles, historic games and food.

LISLE, IL — Kids can watch a live blacksmithing demonstration, ride ponies, check out antique farm equipment and more during the 38th Annual Depot Days, which will be held Sept. 17 and Sept. 18 at The Museums at Lisle Station Park.

The all-ages event will also feature:

  • Petting farm
  • Wet plate photography
  • High-wheel bicycles
  • Replica Civil War field hospital
  • Historic games and demonstrations

Visitors can buy food from vendors at Depot Days and pick up commemorative items at the museum gift shop, including a souvenir ornament and items made by the Lisle Heritage Society's blacksmiths.
