Business Relief Program Funding Still Available For Qualifying Businesses
The program is aimed at assisting Lisle businesses with the costs associated with reopening and operating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In August, the Village announced the availability of its Business Relief Program, which is aimed at assisting Lisle businesses with the costs associated with reopening and operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding is still available for the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) Reimbursement Program and the PPE Distribution Program.
Under the PPE Reimbursement Program, Lisle businesses can apply for a maximum grant amount of $1,000 per business. Grants provide a reimbursement for past purchases of PPE associated with complying with the State of Illinois and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines for the reopening of businesses or for current purchases of PPE associated with continuing business operations. Purchases eligible for reimbursement include facemasks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant products, outdoor tables, fencing and others.

The PPE Distribution Program provides masks and hand sanitizer to qualifying participants with up to 50 employees that have an ongoing need for these supplies to safely conduct transactions. Eligible participants will receive face masks and hand sanitizer at no cost.
Application forms for each program can be submitted through the links above. Grants will be available until funds are exhausted. Grant requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one application per component will be accepted per business. The Lisle Loyal Gift card program is another component of the program and offers bonus values to consumers buying gift cards for use at local businesses.
