Chocolatiers, Cacao Experts To Sweeten Chocolate Weekend At Arboretum

LISLE, IL — Chocolatiers will craft artisanal fudge, chocolate sauce and other mouthwatering morsels when Chocolate Weekend returns to Morton Arboretum. The annual event is scheduled for Feb. 1 and Feb. 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Admission to the Chocolate Expo includes samples and access to workshops and seminars about chocolate and cacao. These include Rare Cocoa Beans from Around the World, Savoring Ethical Chocolate and The Romance of Chocolate.

The Expo will also feature plenty of chocolate items that visitors may purchase to share as gifts or to indulge in on their own.
