Commuter Lots To Close For Resurfacing In Lisle

LISLE, IL — Commuter lots will close in August to accommodate two phases of resurfacing projects in Lisle. The first phase is set to begin on July 28.

Crews will begin phase one by resurfacing lot D, which will close the lot July 28 through Aug. 9. Alternative parking will be available in lots A and B, giving commuters with quarterly permits. Parking will be available in lot B to accommodate disabled drivers.

On Aug. 11, phase two will begin, closing lots A and B. Commuters with quarterly permits will be able to park in lots D and E. Daily parking pass holders can use select spots in lot C. Disabled drivers will have access to accessible parking spots in lot D.

The second phase of the project is expected to wrap up on Aug. 29. During the work, drivers are encouraged to use the train station's underground tunnel to travel north and south of the railroad crossing.
