Final Week For Village Leaf Collection Program

The last pick up for the Village's curbside weekly collection of loose leaves from all single-family homes will take place this week.

The last pick up for the Village’s curbside weekly collection of loose leaves from all single-family homes within the Village of Lisle corporate limits will take place the week of November 16th.

During the final week, once the crew has completed a street, they will not return. To ensure that crews can collect the leaves, leaves need to be placed in the parkway, as close to the curb as possible, by 7:00 a.m. Monday morning. Please do not rake leaves into the street or park cars in front of leaf piles as this can block storm drains, resulting in flooding.

Any leaves remaining after the conclusion of the program will need to be placed in stickered yard waste bags or carts for collection by Lakeshore Recycling Systems during the regular collection day. The last collection of yard waste by Lakeshore Recycling Systems will be Wednesday, December 9, 2020.
