Glass Pumpkin Patch Opens Oct. 11 At Morton Arboretum
Morton Arboretum will be all aglitter with rows of artisanal glass pumpkins starting Oct. 11. Members get access Oct. 10.
LISLE, IL — It's time once again for Morton Arboretum's Glass Pumpkin Patch. The highly anticipated event will feature more than 7,000 artisanal glass pumpkins for sale starting Oct. 11, but arboretum members can access the sale early.
This year marks the 14th annual installment of the Glass Pumpkin Patch sale. The one-of-a-kind gourds are made by local glass artists, who will offer live demonstrations on the arboretum's West Lawn during the sale.
The Glass Pumpkin Patch will be open to the public with paid arboretum admission Oct. 11 through Oct. 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Morton Arboretum members can buy a ticket to get early access to the sale on Oct. 10 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
