Lisle Couple’s Cubs Memorabilia Featuring on New TV Show

Sue Kren and Kelley Neal will display some of their Chicago Cubs treasures on "A Piece of the Game," showing on March 16.

Some of the extensive Chicago Cubs memorabilia collection of Lisle residents Sue Kren and Kelley Neal will feature on a new TV show called “A Piece of the Game” that filmed Monday at Navy Pier, the Daily Herald reports.

According to the paper, Kren and Neal’s most notable prizes include a number 0 from the Wrigley Field scoreboard, a jersey from former Cub Bill Buckner, a champagne bottle from the 2003 NLDS locker-room celebration and a 1945 World Series program. They also have a bat signed by a cadre of Cubs, including Hall-of-Famer Billy Williams.

"We just dragged it everywhere we knew players would be. We're on bat two now," Neal told the paper. "[And] we've got belts, shoes, socks. If they wear it, we've probably got it… It just grows. It's an addiction."
